Workmanship-First Guarantee
Our warranty covers our work — the installation itself. That's the part most fence companies stay silent on. We put it in writing.
What's Covered
- Missing or improperly driven nails, screws, or fasteners
- Posts not set plumb or to documented depth
- Concrete not poured to spec or not properly compacted
- Panel alignment, gate sag, or hinge misalignment from install error
- Hardware installed incorrectly or with the wrong torque
- Workmanship defects identified at any point in the fence's service life
Separate From Manufacturer Coverage
Materials are covered by their own manufacturer warranties — vinyl, aluminum, and composite manufacturers each provide product-level coverage. The following items fall outside our workmanship warranty:
- Material defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Damage from severe weather, vehicle impact, or vandalism
- Wear from improper homeowner alterations after install
